It is used to filter the dusty air sucked from the cleaning machines or the transport air in the grinding section. It can be used in positive (pressure) and negative (vacuum) systems. There is a compressed air tank on the upper body, filled with compressed air produced by the blower. The tank pressure can be monitored with a manometer attached to one end. At the other end, there is a pressure relief valve that protects the tank from excessive pressure rise. There is a pneumatically controlled bag cleaning mechanism on the pressure tank, one for each filter bag. By an electro-pneumatic system, some of the air in the compressed air tank is suddenly supplied to the inside of the filter bag to be cleaned in a certain order. Thus, the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bag is cleaned with the sudden effect of compressed air. In this way, filter bag cleaning is done regularly. The filter bag cleaning time can be adjusted by the adjustment buttons on the electronic control box.
