The machine works in two directions and the product is entered in the correct direction with the valve positioned according to the direction of rotation of the rotor. The grinding process takes place between the moving wings and the shirt while being blown at a high environmental speed, and the products reduced to the appropriate size are transported from the shirt hole to the ground product chamber by accumulating into the bunker.
Hammer mills can be used in the mixed feed industry as well as in the oil-food and chemical industries. It is used for grinding grains, removing the husks and bran of the grain and grinding it freely between hammers. It is suitable for all types of feed mills, organic fertilizer factories and extruder units.
The product to be ground is taken into the machine regularly with the help of the feeder on the mill. The product is broken by the impact of the hammers and passes through the sieves and the desired grain size is obtained.
