Trieur is composed of single or double emboss housing cylinder with a discharge auger fitted inside. Material flow is composed of two phases. In the first phase grain is fed to inner surface embossed cylinder, broken grain pieces get inside the emboss and fell down to the discharge auger where they are removed away from the system; in the second phase grain kernels are getting inside smaller emboss pattern while the longer ones fed through discharge gate and then away from the system.
