Used for filtering the transportation air sucked from cleaning departments machines’ or the air from grinding part. Can be used both for positive (compression) and negative (vacuum) systems.Upper body part is integrated with a pressurised air tank, filled with the air supplied from the blower. Tank pressure can be monitored through the manometer fitted on one side. On the other side a safety valve is fitted to prevent the tank against extreme pressure increases. Over the pressurized tank there is one filter bag cleaning mechanism pneumatically activating for each filter bag. An electro-pneumatic system serves compressed air instantaneously to filter bag to be cleaned in a certain interval, and one-at-a time. Thus dust particles collected on filter bag surface are shaken by instant pressurised air. In this way, filter sack cleaning is achieved regularly. Filter bag cleaning cycle can be adjusted through adjustment buttons on electronic control box.
